The vehicle for membership monthly participation and input
The next meeting for the Board of Directors will be held on December 8, 2025 at 7:00 PM.
The regular monthly Board meetings are in-person events. We have been assigned to meeting room "B" in the lower level of the Canton Administration Building. The Board will continue to use zoom providing the membership virtual attendance to each meeting should anyone not wish to attend in person.

All meetings are public, and everyone is welcome to attend. This is the time and place to have your voice heard. We want to know about your concerns and like to know what you appreciate. Generally, regular Board meetings are held on the second Monday of each month. Exceptions will be noted here. Meetings start at 7:00 pm and end no later than 9:00.
You can find the Zoom meeting link by checking the subdivision Facebook page or by emailing pvhaboard@pheasantview.org with your address or lot number for the link. This is the same link that will be used for all board meetings and the annual membership meeting in November. All homeowners are members and encouraged to attend.
2025 Annual Meeting of the Membership - A Summary
The Pheasant View Homeowners’ Association held its Annual Membership Meeting on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Canton Administration Building, Lower Level Room E.
I would like to thank the Board of Directors for their service this year. The team puts in a lot of time and effort during the year with the goal of improving and enhancing our subdivision and maintaining and increasing our property values.
The 2025 Board consists of the following dedicated individuals:

I would also like to thank the homeowners that joined the meeting and took the time to ask questions, provide suggestions and ideas and engage in productive discussions with the goal of improving our subdivision.
As part of the meeting, 2025 highlights and reports were provided by the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Roadway Manager. In addition, the team appointed election inspectors (June Waldbauer and TejKiran Singh) who counted the election ballots (paper ballots and on-line voting). The following homeowners were elected to the 2026 Board for two-year terms:

Your Board of Directors is made up of volunteer homeowners from our subdivision. The Board encourages all homeowners to get involved, whether that is running for a Board position, attending meetings, or simply volunteering to help make our subdivision a premier destination for families looking for a home.
Our Board meetings are open to all PVHA homeowners and are held on the second Monday of every month beginning at 7pm in the Canton Township Administration Building, 1150 Canton Ctr Rd, Canton, MI 48188. Board meetings are also available via Zoom.
