PHEASANT VIEW HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION

The undersigned, being the duly designated voting representative of the lot selected below of Pheasant View Subdivision, hereby requests that June Waldbauer, the current subdivision communications coordinator (a non-board member), casts this ballot for the election of members of the Board of Directors on the behalf of the person named below. The actual election will take place at the Annual Meeting of the Subdivision Membership, Monday, November 13, 2023, 7:00 P.M. via a Zoom virtual meeting. We encourage everyone to attend. Please note that any information entered below will only be used for official subdivision communications and will not be shared in any way.

Name: Kate Borninski
Profession: Homemaker, Township Trustee
Demographics:
Kate and Tom have been married for 34 years and have 2 adult sons and one adult daughter. They have been Pheasant View homeowners since 2000. Kate is a former teacher and Tom works for an automotive supplier. Kate was formerly on the P-CCS school board and, in addition to being a current Canton Township Trustee, is a member of various township committees.

Name: Jim Hegarty
Profession: IBM Software Sales Specialist
Demographics:

Jim has served on the PVHA board since November 2013 as President, Vice President and is currently the Secretary. Jim is also Chairperson of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).

Jim works at IBM in Software Sales and has a bachelor’s degree from The University of Michigan – Dearborn in Communications and a master’s degree from Central Michigan University in Administration. He is married to Tammie, formerly a teacher at Real Life Nursery School and Farm in Canton and they have two boys, Kyle, a Media Trader at a Portland-based Marketing company and Keaton, a Medical Sales Specialist with Arbor Bioscience in Ann Arbor.

Demographics:
June and I have lived in Canton since 1986 and we moved to Pheasant View in 1999. We both have remained active with our homeowners’ associations in both subdivisions. I have served the Board of Directors filling the responsibilities of Secretary and/or the Roadway Manager since 2001. I currently serve as subdivision Treasurer and Bylaws Committee Chairperson.
