Pheasant View Homeowners' Association

Annual Meeting Monday, November 13, 7:00 pm -- Pheasant View Golf Clubhouse

The Pheasant View Homeowners' Association will hold our Annual Meeting Monday, November 13, 2017 at 7:00 PM. This year the meeting will be at the clubhouse at our very own Pheasant Run golf course, 46500 Summit Parkway. We will provide a light appetizer, but you may elect to come early and order from the clubhouse fall menu. Adult beverages will be available from the counter for purchase. Please see this link for additional menu items:

Currently, we have several Board positions that will open in the fall and we are looking for volunteers to serve on the Board. The commitment is approximately 4-5 hours per month including one monthly Board meeting held at the Canton Administration Building. This is a great way to meet fellow neighbors and work together as we continue to improve and enhance our subdivision with the goal of maintaining or enhancing the value of our properties. If you are interested in serving a two-year term on our subdivision Board of Directors, please let us know. If we are not able to fill all of the board positions, our Bylaws require PVHA to hire a professional company, which will result in higher association fees.

On the agenda will be owner comments, Officer's and Committee reports, budget review, status of homeowners who are delinquent on their dues, landscape & mailbox project updates, our election of the 2017 PVHA Board of Directors and any other issues that come before the Board.

Making updates to the Exterior of your Home?

This note is a reminder that BEFORE you start exterior home or landscape improvements, approval is required by the subdivision’s Architectural Review Committee (ARC).  This means that any exterior change such as a swimming pool, roof on your house, deck, patio, etc. should be submitted in writing to the committee for approval. The reason for this rule is to ensure that every house meets the specifications intended for our subdivision in order to maintain the look and quality that we desire as a community.

For your convenience, there are two ways to fill out and send your Application for Project Review form, which can be found on the Architectural Review page.

  • Please use the links to the right to sign up for our facebook page and to subscribe to or update your e-mail information.
  • Please contact the Architectural Review committee BEFORE making changes to your landscaping or exterior of your home.  Details can be found on the Architectural Review page.
  • Don't know what PRRMA is? Check the Roadway page.

In order to be sure to get any subdivision news as quickly as possible, please use the links on the right side of the page to update your e-mail information and to connect to our FaceBook page!
