2011 Board of Directors
At the June 14, 2011
Annual meeting of the members, two new board members were elected:
Kevin Harrington and Mike Wegrzyn. Mark Waldbauer will be
returning for another term. Susan Henson and Richard Trapp will be
finishing their terms. Thanks and congratulations to all
of you!!!
Thanks go to all board
members, but especially outgoing members Dave Nagy & Robert Shanahan.
The Architectural
Review Committee (ARC) has also had some changes. Thanks go to
Dave Nagy and Len Luizzi for their many years of service to the
subdivision both on the ARC and the subdivision board. We welcome
new committee members: Steve Henson and Mary Brown.
Board positions (as
shown below) were determined at the July 12 board meeting.
Homeowners are welcome to attend any
meeting of the board. The board usually meets on the second
Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm at the Township Administration Building.
Any changes to that schedule and all board minutes can be found on the
"Meetings" page.

CALLING ALL BABYSITTERS (& lawn mowers,
pet-sitters, etc.)!!!
Are you in need of a dependable babysitter this summer? Would you like
to hire someone who is nearby? Perhaps someone who lives in this very
subdivision and comes with references? Well then, I have the list for
you! I am in the process of compiling a list of neighborhood
babysitters, lawn mowers, pet sitters, etc. If you or your son or
daughter provides one of these services and you would like that fact
advertised, shoot me an e-mail with their 1) age; 2) availability; 3)
rates; 4) experience; 5) phone number(s); 6) address, and any other
pertinent information.
The subdivision doesn't feel comfortable "publishing" this information
on-line on the website so I will be keeping this list "private" and on a
"request-only" basis. Once the list is compiled, people needing these
services will contact me and I will share the information with them
(using proper discretion, of course). You can reach me at:
